The First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the US Constitution (freedom of expression and dissent) were raped and murdered today by the son of Satan.
The Executive Order entitled "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq" provides the President with the authority to confiscate the assets of "certain persons" who oppose the global war on terrorism in Iraq.
It was survived by the American people. Services will not be held in public.

The US Congress failed to save itself today when an evil fascist dictator dropped it on it’s head where it landed on National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive NSPD 51/HSPD 20 which seeks to suspend constitutional government and instate broad dictatorial powers under martial law in the case of a "Catastrophic Emergency"

Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C.1385) died today October 17, 2006 when it was hit with the stroke of Presidente Bushes Pen driving (H.R.5122). In it’s life Posse Comitatus helped to enforce strict prohibitions on military involvement in domestic law enforcement.
Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act" (H.R.5122), which was signed by the commander in chief on October 17th, 2006, in a private Oval Office ceremony, allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to "suppress public disorder."
It was survived by the American people…mourners will be shot on site.

Habeas Corpus was sacrificed to communism today when US government officials sold it’s people into bondage by signing into law the, “Military Commissions Act of 2006” giving the president the authority to seize and jail American citizens without trial or charge by designating them enemy combatants.

My Will and Testament
I realize there are only so many articles and amendments of the US constitution that can be killed. The truth is that our constitution and republican form of government for the most part died a long time ago. The deaths and distortions of the constitution of the US I report here are merely affirmations of the abomination that has replaced it in the name of globalism. The reason why most of us are unaware and still able to pursue decadent lifestyles is because "they" (the New World Order luciferian banking established families) have slowly re-educated, and fabien socialized us into complacency so they could lead us into a one world caste government where there will be only a few nobels and everyone else slaves (feudalism). There are two things we can hope for: One is that they will collapse under the weight of their own evil before the worst is upon us, and the other is that people everywhere will suddenly wake up. I believe both are occurring, but the globalists will not give up their power easily. I hope you will join us in the fight to restore our constitutional republic.
